Pomelos are large with a globular shape. The rind is smooth, semi-firm, light green, and pebbled with many small oil glands. Underneath the surface, there is a very thick, cotton-like pith that is white and spongy. The flesh is generally soft and have a sweet-tart flavor with citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit. This pomelo pack has been cut and washed, ready to eat at your convenience!
