Product Description:
Ruby pomelos are medium in size, globular in shape and has the overall look of a regular pomelo. The rind is smooth, semi-firm, light green, and pebbled with many small oil glands. Unlike a regular pomelo, its flesh is a deep pinkish red instead of the usual white. Ruby pomelos are soft and have a sweet-tart flavor with citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit.
